No Refunds: Orders are non-refundable after 4 hours of placement. If you have any changes or requirements, please call us within 4 hours of placing your order.
Gift Add-on Pricing: Prices for gift add-ons (Idol, Candle, Cosmetic, Electronics, Tea Light) are on an actual-cost basis. A final quotation will be shared with you once the full unit configuration is readied.
Dispatch Policy: Orders are dispatched only after receipt of full payment against the final quotation. Partial payments do not trigger dispatch.
Communications: All order-related communications, confirmations, quotations and amendments must be conducted over email only. Verbal or chat commitments are not binding.
Minimum Order: Minimum order is 50 units in multiples of 10. Booking advance of &#8377;5,000 is collected at the time of order placement and adjusted against the final invoice.
