Responsibilities
- Manage payment gateway operations (Razorpay) — monitor settlements, handle disputes, and process refunds accurately.
- Oversee bank account activity, cash-flow tracking, and reconciliation across website and Amazon sales channels.
- Generate and verify GST-compliant invoices, credit notes, and tax filings on schedule.
- Track Amazon disbursements, marketplace fees, and reimbursement claims.
- Coordinate with external chartered accountants for audits, TDS returns, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain clean financial records, vendor payment schedules, and expense documentation.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent accounting qualification.
- 3+ years in accounts management, preferably in e-commerce or D2C businesses.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
- Experience with Razorpay Dashboard, Amazon Seller Central finance reports, and Tally/Zoho Books.
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills and a meticulous approach to numbers.
- Bonus: familiarity with FSSAI or cosmetic licensing fee structures.
