Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders from ibuluxe.com and Amazon — verify details, generate invoices, and print shipping labels.
- Coordinate accurate inventory picks and ensure products are packaged securely with branded, tamper-evident materials.
- Schedule and hand over shipments to courier and logistics partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Amazon Easy Ship, etc.).
- Track shipment status, follow up on delays, and escalate delivery exceptions promptly.
- Maintain daily fulfilment logs, SLA compliance records, and return/replacement processing.
- Optimise packaging costs and reduce dispatch-to-delivery time through process improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years in order fulfilment, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination for a D2C or e-commerce brand.
- Hands-on experience with shipping platforms (Shiprocket, Amazon Seller Central, or similar).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in high-volume environments.
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and order management dashboards.
- Bonus: experience handling cosmetic or food product packaging compliance.
