Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle — job postings, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain HR policies for attendance, leave, appraisals, and workplace conduct aligned with Indian labour laws.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, PF/ESI compliance, and employee documentation with the accounts team.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives — team events, feedback loops, and recognition programs.
- Manage contractor and intern onboarding for factory, warehouse, and creative teams.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
Requirements
- MBA in HR, or equivalent qualification with 3+ years of generalist HR experience.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws — Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, and gratuity provisions.
- Experience hiring across diverse roles — tech, operations, factory, and creative.
- Excellent communication, discretion, and organisational skills.
- Bonus: experience in FMCG, D2C, or manufacturing HR environments.
